Quick answer: Your account balance is not always the same as the amount currently available to withdraw. Open positions, used margin, unsettled activity, pending requests, bonuses or account-level reviews can reduce the available amount.
Balance versus available funds
- Balance generally reflects completed account transactions and closed trading results.
- Equity changes with the unrealised profit or loss on open positions.
- Used margin is supporting open positions and is not freely available.
- Free margin is the remaining equity after used margin, but it is not necessarily the final withdrawable amount.
Common reasons the full balance is unavailable
- You have open positions or pending orders that require margin.
- A deposit, withdrawal, transfer or trade adjustment is still being processed.
- The requested amount would leave insufficient margin for open positions.
- Funds are subject to a payment-method return rule, settlement period or verification check.
- A credit, bonus or promotional amount is not withdrawable or has separate conditions.
- The profile, beneficiary or payment method requires additional review.
What to do
- Review your open positions, pending orders, equity, used margin and free margin in MetaTrader.
- Check the client portal for pending withdrawals, deposits or internal transfers.
- Read the maximum available amount shown on the withdrawal screen.
- Confirm that the selected beneficiary or wallet is verified and belongs to you.
- Do not close positions solely to make a withdrawal unless you understand the trading and margin impact.
If the amount still appears incorrect
Contact RockGlobal Support with your trading account number, requested amount and currency, the available amount shown and a screenshot of the withdrawal screen. Do not include passwords, one-time codes, private wallet keys or full payment-card details.
The available amount can change while positions are open or account activity is being processed. A withdrawal request remains subject to verification and applicable account conditions.
