Before requesting your first withdrawal, make sure your identity and receiving-payment details have been added and approved.
Check your financial details
- Sign in to the RockGlobal client portal.
- Open Personal Centre → Documents → Financial Details.
- Confirm that your address information and bank account or crypto wallet have been added and approved.
Submit the withdrawal
- Open Assets → Withdrawal.
- Select the trading account and an available withdrawal method.
- Enter the amount and carefully confirm the currency and receiving details.
- Enter your client-portal password when requested and submit the application.
Use a receiving account held in your own name and follow any requirement to use the original deposit method. Current supported methods, limits and processing estimates are shown in the portal.
