Quick answer: Available methods, currencies, minimums, maximums, fees and processing estimates depend on your RockGlobal entity, country, account currency and verification status. The secure client portal shows the options currently available to your profile.
How to check the available options
- Sign in to the secure RockGlobal client portal.
- Open Deposit or Withdraw.
- Select the relevant trading account and currency.
- Review the methods shown, including any transaction limit, fee, currency conversion information and processing estimate.
- Confirm the beneficiary or wallet details carefully before submitting.
Why methods differ between clients
A method may vary or be unavailable because of your country, RockGlobal entity, base currency, payment provider, account status, verification requirements or earlier funding route. A method shown to another client may therefore not be available on your profile.
Fees and currency conversion
- RockGlobal or the payment provider may apply a transaction fee where disclosed.
- Your bank, card issuer, wallet provider or intermediary may charge its own fee.
- If the transaction currency differs from the account or payment-method currency, a conversion rate and conversion cost may apply.
- Review the amount and currency shown on the confirmation screen before authorising the transaction.
Important ownership requirement
Use a bank account, payment card or wallet held in the same name as your verified RockGlobal profile unless the portal expressly confirms otherwise. Third-party funding or withdrawals may be rejected and may require additional review.
If an expected method is missing
Refresh your session, confirm that your profile is fully verified and check that the correct trading account and currency are selected. If the method is still unavailable, contact RockGlobal Support and provide the method, currency, country, account number and a screenshot of the available options. Do not include full card details, passwords or security codes.
The transaction screen in the secure client portal is the definitive source for the methods and conditions available at the time of your request.
