You can deposit USDT through a cryptocurrency payment method shown in the RockGlobal Client Portal.
Submit a USDT deposit
- Log in to the RockGlobal Client Portal.
- Go to Assets and select Deposit.
- Select Cryptocurrency, then choose a currently available USDT deposit channel.
- Select the blockchain network required by the payment page. Use BEP-20 only when the transaction specifically displays BEP-20.
- Enter the deposit amount and follow the on-screen payment instructions exactly.
Important checks
- The network selected in your wallet must exactly match the network shown on the RockGlobal page.
- Send the exact amount requested and allow separately for any transaction fee charged by your wallet.
- Use only the latest receiving address and instructions shown for the current deposit request.
Sending funds using the wrong network or incorrect details may cause delays or permanent loss of funds.
