Deposit times depend on the payment method, payment provider, banking network and whether all instructions were completed correctly.
Indicative processing times
- Bank card or UnionPay-style payment: currently around 10–20 minutes after a successful payment.
- Cryptocurrency: currently around 10 minutes after a successful payment, depending on blockchain network processing.
- International bank transfer: usually 3–5 business days, depending on the sending and intermediary banks.
- Other payment methods: refer to the estimated time shown for the selected channel in the Client Portal.
Avoid unnecessary delays
For a cryptocurrency deposit, send the exact amount requested on the page and allow separately for any wallet transaction fee. For a bank transfer, upload the successful transfer receipt through Assets → Deposit → Bank Transfer if requested by the system.
