MT4’s account history shows orders submitted from your account and their final execution results, but it generally does not expose confidential upstream routing or liquidity-provider records.
What you can check in MT4
- Open the Account History tab.
- Find the trade and note the order number, instrument, direction, volume, open and close times, requested price and executed price.
- Check the Journal tab for messages recorded when the order was submitted.
- Where applicable, check the account specifications to confirm whether the account uses market execution, instant execution or another execution method.
Why raw routing logs are not displayed
Detailed infrastructure and upstream logs may contain confidential information about other trades, counterparties, price sources or security controls. RockGlobal cannot provide records that would disclose other clients’ data or protected third-party information.
This does not prevent RockGlobal from investigating your specific order. Client Support can review records related to your account and explain the information that can be disclosed.
Request an execution review
Contact RockGlobal Client Support and provide:
- Your MT4 account number and order number;
- The instrument, direction and volume;
- The platform date and time of the order;
- The requested price and executed price;
- The specific reason for your enquiry;
- Screenshots of the order and chart; and
- Relevant MT4 journal entries, if available.
Do not provide your trading password. Client Support will review the recorded order data and explain what information can be provided under the applicable account terms and privacy requirements.
