How do I add a bank account or cryptocurrency wallet for withdrawals?

Before submitting a withdrawal request, please add and verify your payment details.

Add payment details

1. Log in to the RockGlobal Client Portal.
2. Go to Personal Centre → Documents → Financial Details.
3. Select to add a bank account or cryptocurrency wallet.
4. Carefully enter the account, payee or wallet details required by the system.
5. Upload the supporting documents required by the Client Portal.
6. Check the details and select Save.

Important checks

• The bank account or wallet must belong to the verified RockGlobal client.
• When using a cryptocurrency wallet, confirm the correct currency and blockchain network.
• Wait for the details to be approved before submitting a withdrawal request.

If your details change, update and re-verify them before making your next withdrawal.
