How do I change my RockGlobal account password?

You can update your RockGlobal client portal password from your account settings.

Change your password

1. Sign in to the RockGlobal client portal.
2. Open Personal Centre and select Account Settings.
3. Enter your current password in the CRM login password field.
4. Create a new password and enter it again to confirm it.
5. Select Save in the upper-right corner.

Password requirements

Your new password must be 8–15 characters long and include:

• at least one uppercase letter;
• at least one lowercase letter;
• at least one number; and
• at least one of these special characters: #, @ or !.

If you cannot remember your current password, use the password-reset option instead.
