Quick answer: Sign in with your MT5 trading-account number, trading password and the exact server name issued for that account. These details are sent in your RockGlobal account email.
Use the correct credentials
- Login: your numeric MT5 trading-account number, not your website email address.
- Password: the trading password for that MT5 account. A read-only or investor password will not allow trading.
- Server: the exact RockGlobal server listed in the account email. Live and demo accounts can use different servers.
Sign in on desktop
- Open MetaTrader 5.
- Select File > Login to Trade Account.
- Enter the trading-account number and trading password.
- Select or type the exact server name from the account email.
- Choose OK and allow the platform to connect.
Sign in on iOS or Android
- Open MT5 and choose to add or manage an account.
- Select Login to an existing account.
- Search for the RockGlobal server name exactly as provided.
- Select the matching server and enter the MT5 account number and trading password.
- Save the account only on a device you control.
If the server does not appear
- Check spelling, spaces and whether the account is live or demo.
- Confirm that you installed MetaTrader 5 rather than MetaTrader 4.
- Restart the platform and try a different trusted internet connection.
- Check whether a firewall, VPN or restricted network is interfering with the connection.
If you see an authorisation or invalid-account error
Re-enter the account number manually, confirm the selected server and check that you are using the trading password. If necessary, reset the trading password through the approved RockGlobal route; do not repeatedly guess it.
If you cannot find the original server email
Contact RockGlobal Support from your registered email address. Include your MT5 account number and whether it is live or demo. Support can confirm the correct server route, but you should never send your password or one-time security codes.
