Act immediately: Secure your registered email, change your RockGlobal and trading passwords through approved channels, and contact RockGlobal Support from a trusted device. If funds or payment details may be affected, also contact the relevant bank, card issuer or wallet provider.
Immediate actions
- Stop using any device or network you believe may be compromised.
- From a trusted device, change the password for your registered email account and enable its multi-factor authentication.
- Reset your RockGlobal client-portal password using the official website.
- Change the trading password for each affected MT4 or MT5 account through the approved RockGlobal route.
- Contact RockGlobal Support and clearly state that this is a suspected account-security incident.
- Review your bank, card and wallet activity and contact the provider immediately if anything is unauthorised.
Information to preserve
- Unexpected login, password-reset or security emails;
- Times and timezones of suspicious activity;
- Trading account numbers and affected transaction or ticket references;
- Screenshots of unfamiliar positions, withdrawals, profile changes or messages; and
- The sender address, phone number, social account or website involved.
Do not delete evidence, but do not continue communicating with a suspected scammer.
Secure the device
- Remove unknown browser extensions, remote-access tools and unrecognised apps.
- Install operating-system and security updates.
- Run a reputable security scan.
- Review active email sessions, forwarding rules and recovery details.
- Do not reuse the replacement passwords on another service.
Contacting RockGlobal safely
Use the Support route on the official RockGlobal website or Help Centre. RockGlobal will not need your password, complete card details, private wallet key or one-time security code. Support may require additional identity checks before discussing or changing the account.
If unauthorised trading or withdrawals occurred
Provide the relevant references and request a formal review as soon as possible. RockGlobal can examine available account and platform records, but reporting an incident does not guarantee that a transaction or market execution can be reversed.
