Quick answer: The exact documents requested depend on your profile, entity and country of residence. Use the upload request shown in the secure RockGlobal client portal as the definitive checklist.
Identity documents
A current government-issued photo document is normally required. Depending on your location, accepted examples may include:
- A passport;
- A national identity card; or
- A driver licence where it is accepted for verification.
The document must be valid, clearly show your photograph and full legal name, and include all information requested in the portal.
Proof of residential address
When proof of address is requested, the document should normally show your full name, current residential address, the issuer and a recent issue date. Depending on your location, examples may include:
- A bank or eligible financial-institution statement;
- A utility bill;
- A government, council or tax document; or
- Another document specifically listed in the portal.
Mobile phone bills, screenshots, envelopes and documents without an issue date may not be accepted unless the portal specifically allows them.
Upload requirements
- Photograph or scan the original document in colour.
- Include every edge and corner; do not crop the document.
- Make sure text, photographs, security features and expiry dates are readable.
- Do not blur, edit, annotate or cover information unless RockGlobal specifically instructs you to do so.
- Upload the requested front and back images when the document has information on both sides.
- Use a supported file type and stay within the file-size limit shown in the portal.
If your document is not listed
Do not send identity documents through social media or to an unverified address. Contact RockGlobal Support from your registered email and ask which alternative document can be used for your country and application type.
Additional source-of-funds, corporate or other compliance documents may be requested separately. Supplying a document does not guarantee that an application will be approved.
