Before starting identity verification, prepare clear and valid documents that match the personal details on your RockGlobal profile.
Before you begin
- You must be at least 18 years old and within RockGlobal’s accepted eligibility range.
- Each customer can complete KYC for one personal profile.
- You must be the beneficial owner of the funds used with the account.
Documents you may need
- Proof of identity: a valid passport, national identity card, driving licence or residence permit.
- Proof of residential address: a document showing your name and current residential address.
Complete verification
- Sign in to the RockGlobal client portal and open the identity-verification area.
- Follow the prompts and enter your details exactly as they appear on your documents.
- Upload clear, complete images of the requested documents.
- Review the information and submit it for checking.
If a document is rejected, check that it is valid, readable and matches your profile details before submitting it again.
