Open an account only through the official RockGlobal website or Client Portal. Do not use registration links sent by unfamiliar contacts.
Create your RockGlobal profile
- Open the official RockGlobal registration page.
- Enter an email address and mobile number that belong to you.
- Create a unique and secure password for the Client Portal.
- Follow the prompts to verify your email address or mobile number.
- Enter your personal details exactly as they appear on your identity document.
- Read and accept the account documents, terms and risk disclosures that apply to you.
Complete identity verification
RockGlobal may ask for proof of identity, proof of address, tax-residency details or source-of-funds information. Upload clear, valid documents that show all required information. Do not edit or obscure a document unless the Client Portal specifically instructs you to do so.
Open a trading account
- After your profile has been approved, log in to the Client Portal.
- Go to Assets or Account Management.
- Select the option to add or open a trading account.
- Choose from the trading platform, account type, base currency and leverage options available to you.
- Read the product specifications and account terms.
- Submit the application.
Receive your trading-platform login details
RockGlobal will email your trading account number, password setup instructions and assigned MetaTrader server. Keep this email secure. If you cannot find the original email, contact RockGlobal Client Support to confirm the server and restore access. Do not provide your password to Client Support.
