Before requesting a change
- Use the email address currently registered to your RockGlobal profile where possible.
- Prepare the correct new information exactly as it appears on your supporting document.
- Do not create a second profile to work around an incorrect or inaccessible detail.
- Never send your password, one-time code or full payment-card information.
Changing your phone number
- Sign in and open your personal or security settings.
- If an edit option is available, enter the new number with the correct country code.
- Complete any security verification shown.
- If you cannot access the old number or the setting is locked, contact Support from your registered email.
Changing your residential address
Update the address in your profile if self-service editing is available. RockGlobal may request a recent accepted proof-of-address document showing your full name, new residential address, issuer and issue date.
Changing your legal name
A legal-name change normally requires manual review. Contact Support and be ready to provide an accepted government-issued identity document and, where requested, evidence of the legal change. The name on your profile and eligible funding methods may need to remain consistent.
Changing your registered email
If you can still access the existing registered email, contact Support from that address. If you no longer have access, explain this in your request; additional identity and security checks will be required before the email can be changed.
What to include in the request
- Your full legal name;
- The detail that needs to be changed;
- The correct replacement information;
- The reason for the change; and
- Any reference or document specifically requested by Support.
Updating a profile can temporarily affect verification, withdrawals or other account actions while the change is reviewed.
