Eligible trading activity can generate RockGlobal Rewards points. The existing Help Centre schedule uses the account type, product group and standard-lot volume to calculate points.

Points from eligible activity are normally calculated and added to the client portal on the following day.
Important points
- A standard lot is the volume unit used for the relevant product; Cent-account volume is credited at the Cent-account rate.
- The applicable portal rules determine which products, accounts and transactions are eligible.
- Points may take additional time to appear while activity is checked.
- Promotion-specific points or exclusions may use a different schedule.
- The current Rewards terms displayed in the portal take precedence over older Help Centre information.
If the calculation appears incorrect
Wait until the next daily calculation has completed, then contact RockGlobal Support with your account number, trade ticket numbers, product, closed volume and the points shown in the portal. Never send your password.
