How do I make an internal transfer?

You can request an internal transfer between eligible trading accounts held under your verified RockGlobal profile.

Transfer funds between accounts

1. Sign in to the RockGlobal client portal.
2. Open Assets and select Internal Transfer.
3. Select the trading account the funds will be transferred from.
4. Select the eligible trading account the funds will be transferred to.
5. Enter the transfer amount and review the details.
6. Select Submit.

Transfers to an account belonging to another person are not permitted. If an account is missing from the list or the request does not complete, check that both accounts are under the same profile and contact RockGlobal Support.
